How long will my delivery take?
UK - Next working day, if ordered before 3.00pm and your order is authorised your delivery will be with you the next working day. Uk - Standard delivery 1-3 working days [ may be slightly longer at busy periods] EU - 2 - 5 working days ROW - 2 - 10 workings days [ Occasionally deliveries can take a little longer due to circumstances beyond our control when parcels get held up in customs]
Where is my delivery? Please use the tracking number sent to track your parcel. If your parcel can not be traced or has not not arrived please let us know and a member of our customer services team will help you.
Can I track my parcel? Yes, when your order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number so you can go to the Track your order part of our website and enter this number so you can see the location of your order.
If you select Interlink then they will send you an sms message so that you can track your parcel or re arrange delivery date and time to suit yourself.
What happens if I'm out when my parcel arrives? All parcels that we send out require a signature on delivery - it may be possible to leave the parcel in a secure place but this will be at the customers own risk. The courier otherwise will leave a card so that you can re arrange delivery that will suit you.
Do you deliver to Po boxes? No, sorry we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.
Can I pay over the phone? Yes, please call 01253 311178 and a member or our team will help you and you can pay over the phone on our offline order system.
What payments do you take? We take all major credit or debit cards through our secure payment gateway, Sage pay - we also take payment by Amazon checkout and also PayPal - if you are paying with PayPal please note that the delivery address will have to match that of the PayPal account being used. If you would prefer to pay by BACS or bank transfer then please email email@example.com and we will give you the details.
Will I have to pay tax and duty? All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20 %. Blueberries prices include UK VAT for all EU customers. For deliveries to customers outside the EU the UK VAT element will be deducted from the sales price when you place your order. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and sales taxes will not be refunded by us, and returning the goods is at your own expense.
When will I be charged? If your payment is successful you card will be charged straight away and you will receive an email from us. If payment isn't authorised it may still look like you have been charged as some banks will hold the funds in a holding account for a short period of time.
Ordering Will I need to set up an account in order to shop with you? No, you can use the express checkout option. Yes, you will have to register before you checkout in order to shop with us.
What if my billing address is different to my delivery address?
If it is the first time you are ordering from us we will only be able able to ship to your billing address. If you do select a different delivery address we may need to contact you for additional security information to enable us to get authorisation for this.

How do I order? Shop by browsing the site using the brand, category and department links or the search box. If you find a product you like, click on the image to access the individual items product page. Here you will find information on the product, sizes and colours available. To add an item to your shopping bag click add to bag You will then view the shopping bag contents page where you can input how many of the item you would like, decide to continue shopping, remove an item from the bag, update the bag or check out and place your secure order. When you check out you will then be asked to register if you are a new customer or login if you are a returning customer. If you are registering you will be asked a few details about yourself

What is your returns policy? Blueberries wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please check your goods on delivery and ensure that they meet with your approval. If they do not please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a returns authorisation number [RAN]. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us and return them to the address below. Once we receive the goods back your credit or debit card will be refunded within 5 days and you will be emailed when this is done. Returns must be posted to the address below.

The goods must be returned unworn with all labels attached and in the same packaging. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend that you use Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service. If you require an exchange please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will do our best to help you but we cannot guarantee the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock. A member of Blueberries team will contact you by email or telephone and let you know. The item to be returned must be returned as above, this will be at your own expense-however the cost of sending out the exchanged item will be met by Blueberries.
If items are exchanged for a different size or style and need to be returned a credit note will be issued unless a refund has been authorised by prior agreement.
MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR DELIVERY If you are missing items from your order please check your invoice enclosed to make sure these items are itemised on it. If they are and are not present in the parcel please keep the packaging your order arrived in and contact us straight way on 01253 311178 .It is really important that you keep the packaging as it is proof of delivery and it may have been tampered with during the delivery process. If you can not provide the packaging this can affect your right to claim for any loss incurred. We wrap all our orders under CCTV to safe guard the correct items being sent out. We will always try and notify you before hand if items are not available and these will not be on the invoice we send out .You will not be charged for these, so please check your invoice enclosed first.
FAULTY ITEMS To facilitate the return of a faulty item you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the standard returns process as detailed above. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible items maybe repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.
REFUNDS FOR FAULTY GOODS If your returned item is accepted as faulty you will be credited to your Debit/Credit card with in 5 days of Blueberries receiving the item.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNS If you are returning an item because it is faulty, or due to an error on our part, we will refund your costs for returning the item back to us up to a maximum of £15.00.Please make sure you have proof of postage and a receipt and we will send you a cheque for the cost.Other wise you will be responsible for the return postage.
ERROR BY BLUEBERRIES If you need to return an item due to an error on our part, please contact us at email@example.com and explain the problem and if you require a replacement or refund. We will send you a Returns Authorisation Number [RAN] and you must follow the standard returns process as detailed above. We will be happy to refund the costs of returning the item to us and your original postage costs up to the value of 1st class insured this will be sent in the form of a cheque.
7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days [starting the day after receipt] to cancel your purchase. In this case we will provide a full refund on the item purchased but you must return the cancelled item to us at your own cost.

When trying on clothing please take care to remove any watches and jewellery that may cause damage to delicate fabric. Also please ensure you are not wearing fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark the fabric. Footwear will only be accepted back if returned unworn, no marks on the soles and in its original undamaged box.Certain items such as earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Can I cancel my order when I have ordered online
Yes you can.
If you have placed an online order and changed your mind please email us at email@example.com and quote the web order number and your name and we will cancel your order . Or you can contact us on the Contact us page and use the contact us form to cancel your order. If you change your mind after we have already dispatched your order please return it using the returns form included in the delivery and email us for an RAN number.
What is your Christmas returns policy? From November 1st 2014 items purchased as gifts for Christmas may be returned unworn or unused up till the 10th January 2015 for an exchange or credit note.There is no time limit on credit notes issued. Only goods purchased and returned within 14 days can be refunded
